This isn't just a yoga retreat.
It's a fully hosted wellbeing escape designed to help you reset deeply, reconnect with yourself and return home with practical tools, unforgettable memories and friendships that last long after you've unpacked your suitcase.
At Time Seekers, we believe wellbeing isn't about escaping your life—it's about returning to it differently.
Throughout the week you'll experience a beautiful balance of movement, adventure, rest, learning and play. You'll leave with practical ways to support your wellbeing, better understand your nervous system, and create positive habits that can become part of everyday life.

Booking Information
A £200 non-refundable deposit secures your place.
The remaining balance is spread across 10 monthly payments, making it easy to budget for your escape.
Flights are not included, giving you the flexibility to travel from your preferred airport. We'll recommend suitable flights once they're released and organise optional shared airport transfers at cost.
Exact June 2027 dates will be confirmed once airline schedules are released.
We can't wait to welcome you to the mountains for a week of adventure, connection, wellbeing and joy.

✈️ Travel Details
Arrival airport: Porto (Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport – OPO)
Arrival time: Welcome dinner will be served at 7pm on Friday.
If you are flying from Luton, we will be on the Easyjet 06:10 (arrival approx 8:30am) this will give you a day to explore gorgeous Porto, if you want to keep it super relaxed, we can recommend a beautiful spa (at extra cost).
A group transfer from Porto at 6pm will be available to book.
If you’re arranging your own travel, I’ll provide directions closer to the time, the retreat location is approx an hour from Porto.
Please do bring your own yoga mat. If you fancy adding a travel mat to your collection to save space, we will send some recommendations nearer the time.
🍽 Meals & Dietary Requirements
All home made meals are vegetarian and prepared with love, you will not go hungry! Based on past experience you may go home feeling inspired.
Water, tea, coffee, herbal teas, and fresh fruit will be available throughout the day.
Please inform me in advance if you have any dietary requirements or allergies – we will do our best to accommodate you.
📱 Communication
I’ll set up a WhatsApp group before the retreat so we can all connect, share travel tips, and get to know each other.
You’ll receive a final info pack approx 2 weeks before your retreat with full travel guidance, packing tips, and your schedule.

Local dinner at a Portuguese restaurant (approx. £20pp)
