We welcome Lau from Bloom & Belong and an opportunity to experience a Sound Bath at PYC
A peaceful pause from the busyness of life... a chance to slow down, breathe, and be present in the moment.
The session begins with a gentle guided meditation whilst you lay down, get comfy and close your eyes, to receive a restorative sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and invite the body into a state of deep relaxation 🌀
You’ll be immersed in a soft sound journey, with soothing sound waves and vibrational tones from my collection of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other handheld instruments.
We’ll close the evening slowly and quietly, with no rush to leave and an opportunity to reflect 💫
Instructions
Please wear comfy, warm clothes and socks! 🧦🧘🏼♀️
You will need a yoga mat, blanket and pillow and some people like to use an eye mask too

PLEASE NOTE
Sound baths are not recommended if you have a pace maker, severe heart condition, epilepsy, psychosis, schizophrenia or are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
