Please arrive in plenty of time for the movement and yoga class, which will begin promptly at 10am. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in, and please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. If you don’t have a mat, just let me know in advance and I’ll arrange one for you to borrow for the class.
