Enjoy a fun and interactive class together as a family. Yoga is a great way to spend some quality time together, reconnect with each other and have fun while moving!
Yoga can be a good activity for children and parents to take up and help to build on strength, flexibility, enhancing focus & mindfulness, and finding inner calm & quietness. There will be lots of fun and laughter along the way learning something new together!

Under 3s can come along for free
£9 adult and one child, £2 for additional children/ adults. Maximum 3 children per family.
You are more than welcome to bring babies along but please be aware there are 4 flights of stairs and no lift
