A Day Retreat
Step into a day of renewal and transformation with EXPANSION, a nature-immersed retreat designed to open the body, mind, and spirit. Surrounded by trees and water, this day offers a spacious container to expand beyond the everyday and reconnect with your true self.
Guided through a flowing blend of energy work, movement, sound and breath, you’ll be invited to soften, release and awaken. The natural setting becomes both sanctuary and teacher supporting your expansion, grounding your energy and amplifying your connection to the elements and yourself.
All you need to bring is a blanket, water, a warm jacket and forest-appropriate footwear. Everything else is provided by nature and the space we create together.
Leave with a sense of clarity, lightness and deep connection. Refreshed, renewed and expanded.
Lunch is provided.

This ticket provides access to EXPANSION - The day retreat Sunday 9th November 2025. This ticket is non-transferable to any other UnLeish Your Mind event but is transferable to another person. This ticket is non-refundable.

Parking is available next to the Clyde Suite, the Clyde Suite is located in the building next to the MEN'S SHED. Drive down towards New Lanark Hotel and follow the road as it sweeps round and head down into New Lanark Visitor Centre buildings, you'll see a car park to the right, this is close to the building but you can also continue along until you see a chimney and there is a small car park at this point. The Clyde Suite is located in the last building before this car park area.
