Jivamukti is a physical, ethical and spiritual practise, combining vigorous yoga in a vinyasa based physical style with adherence to 5 central tenets: shastra (scripture), Bhakti (devotion), Ahimsa (non-violence) Nada (music) and Dhyana (meditation)
This practise will be a fast paced asana practise with loud music!
