First Saturday's of the month are about to be lit!
Grab your bestie and your shorts to join our booty-full instructor Chan who will give you all the booty-werk in her Twerk class!
You will learn the basics of twerk as well as body waves, hip rolls, grinds, undulations and more! Each class includes a short routine so all techniques are put into practice.
You will need knee pads and shorts (ideally stretchy pole shorts) and you will be bare feet to stop from slipping and sliding!
Suitable for complete beginners, no previous dance or pole experience required
Please ensure you’ve read our studio terms before booking
We advise that you wear leggings and a top to warm up in and then participate in the class wearing shorts and a top
Please ensure you bring knee pads and shorts (ideally stretchy pole shorts or bikini bottoms)
No footwear required, class will be taught bare foot
