So, we're giving you the choice between 2 time slots in 1 x day, choose between 10.00-12.30 or 13.30 - 16.00. In this session, we will practice breathwork, meditation, and yoga all with a focus on coaching you to cultivate a real, true connection back to yourself. It can be hard in daily life to find the time to give yourself space, energy, and a powerful reboot - we promise you will leave us smiling ear to ear and feeling vibrant, back to yourself.
