This session will be delivered by Clair Thompson and Lucy Koc, Primary Care Development Nurses with an interest in diabetes and experience of working with patients who have diabetes and also helping high-risk patients to prevent development of diabetes.
The session will include:
• Diabetes awareness and prevention
• Risk factors for diabetes
• Signs and Symptoms of Diabetes
• Understanding Gestational Diabetes
• Tips to help prevent development of Type 2 Diabetes.
