This is a beginner level class which will include the basic Tai Chi exercises and teaching of the long form.
There is an online option for joining this class.

If you have a membership logged on Bookwhen, please choose 'subscription ticket'.
To use a class pass, please select Drop in Ticket.
You can set up a membership by going to 'memberships' at the top of this page or using the menu under 'subscription ticket'. If you get stuck, you can still attend the class and we will book you in.
