The Stronghold: Langley Castle

Our overnight base is the spectacular Langley Castle — a historic stone fortress reimagined as a refined, luxury hotel. Thick walls, roaring fires, indulgent interiors and outstanding food make this the ultimate winter supercar hideout.
From generous breakfasts to refined evening dining, every meal is an experience in itself.
This isn’t just accommodation — it’s an arrival.
The Drive Begins

Day 1:
We roll out across the stunning landscapes of Yorkshire, Lancashire and Cumbria, building pace as the roads open up.
The highlight? The legendary B6255 — a driver’s road in every sense. Flowing valleys, technical corners, long sightlines and grin-inducing straights. One for the memory bank.
Lunch is in the charming village of Hawes, home of Wensleydale cheese and proper Yorkshire hospitality.
We’ve teamed up with North East Baron Nick Algar, whose carefully curated routes thread together some of the finest scenery in the region.
Late afternoon sees us arrive at Langley Castle for a warm welcome, a superb dinner — and a little WWOW magic in the air.

Day 2:
Join Nick Algar once more for a final blast across secret roads and exceptional scenery (many of which he conveniently owns…) before a well-earned coffee stop and the run south.
We wrap up with lunch at a classic Yorkshire hostelry, swapping stories, highlights and plans for the next adventure.
