A safe, judgement free space for women and those who identify as female to journey inwards, this class will vary week upon week depending upon the needs of those present. In this session you will be held and supported as you take the dive deeper with the guide inside. A space to wiggle and giggle, moan and groan. To listen and honour the body, energy and mindset we show up with on the day.
Expect a gentle but energising movement practice combining breath, sound and relaxation for the ultimate empowering experience. This session will be adapted to the needs of each and every participant.
The session is suitable for all abilities, ages, shapes, sizes, sexualities, backgrounds, beliefs and skin colours. This is a safe and respectful space for everyone.
Please wear comfortable clothing, we provide everything so don’t worry about a mat or any other equipment
The studio is situated at 524 Woodbridge Road, we nestled just back from the road through the gate next to the locksmith. Please ring buzzer and wait to be let in. We appreciate your patience and will be as fast as possible.
(2 spaces available out the front of the studio from 6pm onwards only) Please do not park in front of the locksmiths during the day there is an abundance of street parking available on surrounding roads (Milton St, Reading Rd) or you can park on a single yellow line after 6pm. Thank you for your cooperation.
