Join me for a wonderful Kundalini, kunda dance, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Sound Healing Retreat Day at the stunning studio space AristiA in Southsea.
This retreat day is designed to elevate your Spirtual awareness through the Kundalini workshop and the Kunda Dance essence practice. We will also delve into Oracle readings to get messages from our guardians and ancestors. After a delicious nutritious lunch at the Hunters gatherer, we will return for a blissful Yin yoga & Meditation session followed by a soothing Sound Bath so you leave floating out of the establishment!
