Come and join a guided mindfulness-based meditation session.

These afternoons provide a calm space and sanctuary for you to practice meditation with others, with no expectations.

Benefits: practice and learn meditation techqniques; stress release and reduction, clarity of mind, joy of meditating with others, letting go of expectations and pressures; mental and emotional balance.

Three guided meditations offered for this session as follows:

-body breath based mindfulness meditation

-mountain visual based meditation

-yoga nidra deep guided relaxation

Open to newcomers and those with experience.

Part of the afternoon is practised seated, and part lying down. Cushions, mats provided. Feel free to bring any layers or additional support if you wish.
