Solar Eclipse Yin Yoga

On Wednesday 12th August, something extraordinary will be happening above us.

The Moon will slowly cover most of the Sun in the largest eclipse visible from Britain for almost three decades. Yet unless we deliberately stop, we could miss it entirely.

This Yin Yoga Class - taught to you live, online - won't be about astronomy or astrology. It will offer unwinding and nourishing for our body and spirit.

But we will also acknowledge through a grounding meditation at the start this major cosmological event.

And we will share in silence together this moment as we close our practice, taking with us the inner peace form the class to see us through any changes ahead.
