Sarah is a registered fertility nutritionist on a mission to educate, guide and support couples on their journey into parenthood. Working with the latest scientific research, she provides simple and practical nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to improve male and female fertility and boost a couple chance of conception and a healthy pregnancy.
Sarah will be taking you through hormone health and egg quality for fertility in her amazing talk “Boost your fertility in 5 simple steps”. You will have the opportunity for discuss and refreshments, followed by an opening yoga flow to create space for new beginnings and to bring relaxation to your mind and body.
