Come to an afternoon of yin yoga to truly nourish yourself. Yin yoga works with feminine energy. It is a slow and meditative form of yoga yet strong and empowering.
We will be doing yoga postures, meditation, breath work and journaling.
This will be suitable for beginners and those who’ve been practicing a while.
Wear comfy clothes. Bring water and a journal and pen.
