Autumn is a season of transition and reflection, join me for a half day yoga and wellbeing retreat to rest, rejuvenate and refocus.
A gentle yoga session will start the morning, with breaks after for refreshments. We will then have a therapeutic yoga wellbeing session followed by a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra.
The focus on the retreat will be to combine grounding poses, mindful movement, and elements inspired by the season.
Bring your yoga mat, warm rug, socks, cushions, bolsters and supports. Bring a notebook and pen.
Please let me know at the time of booking of any allergies as we will be using incense as well as essential oils and there will be snacks and drinks.
