A delicious mix of hatha & yin. To support, strengthen and nourish you fully, wherever you are on your journey through life. It will help you feel balanced and energised in body, mind, emotions, energy and hormones.
We will practice all the traditional aspects of yoga - asana (yoga postures - hatha is generally moving, yin are held postures), pranayama – breathing techniques, mantra – chanting or reciting, mudra – hand gestures, visualisation, relaxation, meditation.
Although the studio is fully equipped with mats, cushions, blankets and bolsters you are most welcome to bring your own along if you wish.
Don't forget to wear comfortable clothing to move freely!
