Located in the heart of Essex within easy access of the A12, Retreat Farm is a hidden gem of tranquillity, surrounded by luscious green fields, its own woodland and views over the river.
Naomi & Orlando welcome you to experience a glorious mixture of practices with us. Nurture, nourish & harmonise the layers of our sacred selves, whilst making new friends and being part of nature & the wider cosmos.
Our intimate Retreat Day invites you to explore a sense of letting go, bringing forth balance & contentment as we devote time to all aspects of ourselves. From the corporeal - limbering up our bodies - to the more subtle - mind and emotions, energy & intuition. It will include yoga, breathwork, meditation, connection to the natural world, communion with power plant ‘mama cacao’ and Celestial Journeying Sound Bath with unique titanium gongs and individual Goddess bowl healing

Prana Kriya Yoga - a shake down of powerful breath, movement & sound practices to energise balance & cleanse (everything is adaptable to your ability)
Restful & restorative yoga
Yoga Nidra - yogic sleep to integrate
Vegan lunch
Elemental walking meditation with mantra
Cacao Ceremony & Sacred Sound Bath Closing & goodbyes
All equipment is provided for this intimate retreat day but we suggest that you wear layered clothes so you can easily add or take away and bring warm socks and jumpers according to the weather. If you are attached to your own yoga mat & blanket, please feel free to bring them along too.
You will also need a pair of sturdy shoes for walking in though and a raincoat in case of light rain.
We will enjoy a vegan lunch together.
Arrivals are from 9.45 so that we can begin for 10am. There is plenty of parking at the Retreat Centre - in the farm yard, on the gravel.
