Starting on 24th September, our aerial for kids will be back.
This class is suitable for beginners and for improvers looking to gain strength and flexibility. This class will provide young people with the opportunity to give trapeze, aerial silks and aerial hammock a try. Every class will help improve strength, co-ordination and flexibility.
Wear tight fitting clothing that will not be too constrictive, you should be able to move and stretch in it.
Loose tops will go over your head when you are upside down.
Please do not wear jewellery to class as it will have to be removed.
Please bring water to class.
