Details

Join the Institute of Hospitality London Region for a unique evening of insight, networking and exceptional hospitality at the stunning Clubhouse and terrace on the 8th floor of the iconic Space House in Holborn.

This remarkable 1968 Brutalist landmark has recently undergone an award-winning transformation by Squire and Partners, carefully restoring 90% of its original structure to achieve Net Zero carbon.

Now celebrated as the winner of the Sustainable Renovation of the Year at the Dezeen Awards 2025, it provides a truly inspiring setting for our event.

Guests will enjoy delicious food and expertly crafted cocktails while taking in spectacular views across London. The highlight of the evening will be an engaging conversation with Sara Carthy, Portfolio Operations Director, and Max Gates-Fleming, Client Services Director at Savills.

Drawing on their experience at the forefront of the property sector, Sara and Max will explore how the built environment is increasingly embracing hospitality thinking. As workplaces evolve, the demand for high-quality experiences, amenity spaces and community-driven environments within buildings has never been greater.

This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with industry peers, gain valuable cross-sector insight, and experience one of London’s most exciting architectural renewals.
