In partnership with Evolve Hospitality, this unique event is designed to showcase the exceptional talent of OKN1’s student chefs and front-of-house trainees in a relaxed yet professional environment. Guests will enjoy a BBQ feast prepared by students working under the mentorship of one of Evolve’s lead chefs, with service delivered in collaboration with Evolve’s FOH team and the college’s hospitality students.
