This is a mixed ability class, suitable for people of all abilities, including beginners and returners who have had a break from regular classes. In each class we will practice Yoga postures, breath work, relaxation and mindfulness. Our focus will be on how to practice with a positive attitude and keep our body safe and comfortable in a non-competitive, supportive atmosphere. This is a small class size (10 people) where modifications will be given to accommodate injuries and conditions. Suitable for all ages (18+) and body types. If the class is not fully booked by the start of the term, more single class tickets will be released.
Please bring your own Yoga mat and blanket for relaxation. Comfortable layers are best so you can adjust your temperature. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class to give yourself time to settle and to enable us to begin on time. Our Yoga class is in the quiet Marshman Room at the rear of the Town Hall. Enter through the front main entrance and walk through to the rear of the building. There are a few steps up to access the room.

This ticket books your place for the single date selected. If you book 6 or more single classes tickets, by clicking on 'select more', to choose your dates from the schedule, your total price will automatically be deducted by 10%. Please note singe class tickets are only available if the course is not fully booked. If none are showing as available now, please check again nearer the date of the class when more tickets may be released.

Adele's Yoga classes are in the Marshman Room at the rear of the Town Hall. Please enter through the main front entrance. There are some steps up to access this venue. There are several pay and display car parks near by in Wells Town Centre.
