We are thrilled to offer this FREE coaching space, exclusively held during Mental Health Awareness Week 2026.

This will be a group coaching session centred on the Mental Health Awareness Week theme of Action: action for yourself, action for others, and action for all of us in the performing arts industry. We invite you to bring one meaningful mental health action you'd like to commit to. This could involve building a personal habit, increasing support for others, or contributing to your production, organisation or wider performing arts community.

We will explore practical psychological principles and evidence-based behaviour change strategies to help turn your intentions into sustainable actions. Lucie will use guided questioning, reflection and discussion to help you strengthen your motivation, clarify your next steps, and increase your commitment to action, all while supporting others in the group to take action through connection.

These sessions will be run by Dr Lucie Clements, a chartered psychologist and psychological coach specialising in the performing and creative industries, and Wellbeing Lead at Applause for Thought.
