How does a full day devoted to your fitness, health and wellbeing sound to you….? Due to the success of my previous full day retreats, here comes another one, expertly crafted to get you moving, stretching, breathing and feeling centered and connected to Spring like never before!
With Pilates and Yogalates sessions to help you build strength, improve posture, ease stress and enhance your mobility. A ‘Herbal Head Start’ with Jessica Rost to introduce you to the medicinal properties of Springtime herbs and flowers and a deliciously soothing Yin Yoga and Breathwork session with Annie Neat, founder of SOMA Yoga & Pilates studio in Lancaster. What a treat for your body, mind and senses!! Taking place at the absolutely beautiful Forrest Hills. Vegan lunch and plenty of cake also included ;)

9.30-10am – Welcome Brews, Meet & Greet
10-11am – Pilates for Beginners with Ali
11-11.25am – Refreshments & Comfort Break
11.30-12.30pm – Yogalates with resistance bands and Pilates soft ball with Ali
12.30-1.15pm – Vegan, seasonal lunch and free time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings
1.15-2.45pm – Herbal Head Starts and Spring Tonics' with Jessica Rost
Discover some of the amazing plants that are growing in the hedgerows and in gardens in the Spring time. Learn how to turn this abundance into medicine that cleanses, washes our emotions and gives our bodies a Spring booster. We'll be making tonics, infusions and perhaps a skin balm or toner.

3.15-4.45 - Yin Yoga and Breathwork with Annie Neat
4.45-5pm - Q&As, aftercare
