Join Alix every Wednesday for a fun, energetic fitness class that helps improve your strength and cardio.
Our friendly class offers a variety of exercises to songs you love to keep you fit and motivated. If you are a beginner or someone that likes to work out, this class caters for all levels.
The class: First half of the class will involve dance fitness exercises and the second half will involve floor based exercises .
Please wear sport clothing and suitable trainers.
You may need a bottle of water :)

There is a small car park on site ( just before the traffic lights) if there are no spaces then you are able to park on Woodlands road or Cornwallis Avenue.
