This unique offering will help calm both body and mind, leaving you feeling refreshed, well rested and at peace.
At 4pm we will begin with a calming and grounding yoga flow. We will start and end with some seated stretches, with a gentle standing flow in between. This is an all levels session - no yoga experience is necessary. Bolsters, blocks and blankets are provided.
Michelle from Edge of Sacred will then take over to completely immerse you in a serene sound bath, bathing you in the gorgeous sounds of the singing bowls, gongs, chimes and her ethereal voice, while you simply lie down and relax.
Important message from Michelle:
Contraindications: sound baths are not advised for pregnancy in the first trimester or people living with sound induced epilepsy or sound sensitivity. Metal implants and pacemakers can resonate and may cause discomfort.
Due to the nature of the session, cancellations will not be reimbursed, but you are welcome to transfer your place to a friend if you cannot make it. Thank you for your kind understanding
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one.
Please aim to arrive at 3:45pm to allow time to park and get settled in. Entrance cannot be permitted to latecomers due to the nature of the session.
Comfortable clothing is best. Please bring warm layers and socks if you get chilly lying down. Light blankets are provided but you are welcome to bring your own blanket, pillow, eye mask etc.
There is a bathroom but no designated changing room.

Follow long lane and go through gates.
There are plenty of parking spaces outside the yoga studio.
The studio is on the 1st floor of the barn.
Please leave shoes on the ground floor and then make your way upstairs!
