For those with at least 2 years previous formal training in belly dance. If you have social dance experience but have not taken any formal training, you should start with the beginner course.
Join master teacher Helena to build your belly dance knowledge.
Each term will we learn a new routine and associated technique, history and context.
Wear clothing suitable for exercise. Bring layers in cooler weather.
We dance barefoot or in ballet shoes.
