Welcome to my first ever Mama & Me retreat day.
This 3 hours session has been carefully planned to ensure that both you and your little one have a morning of relaxation, bonding and connection
It is held at stunning venue with gorgeous grounds

🕔 10.00am - 1.00pm
📍 Saint James WS15 3QL
During the retreat day here is what you can expect
🥃 A welcome drink & drinks throughout
🧘🏼♀️ A gentle 30 minute yoga session for Mom
🥐 A delicious brunch box for each person
🌸 A gorgeous bloom bar to create your own bouquet
🫶🏼 A 30 minute baby massage & yoga session
✨ Sensory play areas for little ones to explore
🤍 Time for you to connect with other Moms
☁️ A relaxation session to end for both you and your baby
As well as this we will be joined by a sleep consultant who will be on hand to ask any questions.
All of the above is to be done at your own pace. Please relax, enjoy and go with your and your little ones needs. Comfortable clothing is advised due to the nature of the event

Please ensure the booking form is filled out fully, stating any dietary requirements, illnesses/injuries or medical conditions so we can plan accordingly.
It is important that you and baby are feeling well when massaging. Please do do not attend if either of you have any contagious illnesses.
Taking photos is permitted during the session but please be mindful when taking photos that other other peoples babies are not posted across social media without permission
I reserve the right to cancel a session if there is a problem with the venue or due to illness/unforseen circumstances.
Payments for sessions are made upfront. If you wish to cancel your place, I unfortunately do not offer refunds. In the occasion the session is missed, i am under no obligation to offer a refund.
