Join us for a unique lakeside sauna gathering. The sauna is set up on the shore, a warming fire under the sky, and ample time to slow down enjoy the full health benefits of sauna culture.
Book in from 11:30am–1:00pm for a guided sauna experience rooted in traditional Lithuanian practice. This gentle, grounding session invites you to slow down, connect with the heat, and deepen your presence in nature.
Through nourishing rounds, you'll be held in warmth, intention, and stillness.
Expect a nourishing held space to feel the heat in a good way and receive light massage through leaf whisking.
This is more than just a sauna, it’s a chance to connect with like-minded people who share a love of nature, wellness, and new ideas. Outdoor enthusiasts, creatives, and curious explorers alike are invited to slow down, sweat it out, and recharge in good company.

When you arrive at Red Wood Rare Breeds (BA4 4SZ), drive into the farmyard and head up the track opposite the green gate.
Follow the track as it bends around — you’ll pass the donkeys on your right.
Keep to the left-hand side and continue all the way to the top of the hill.
Whether you’re coming for the relaxation, the conversations, or the lake, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and alive!
