A gentle day of colour, creativity and deep rest set in the beautiful Aston Tirrold Village Hall. You’ll be welcomed, with brunch, into a calm, welcoming space where you can slow down, breathe and feel looked after for the day.
This is a collaborative retreat run by:
Silvia, Colour Consultant- Hue Harmony Studio
will be offering a fabulous colour experience to help you understand which tones bring out your natural colouring and how you can use them to bring balance to your outfits.
Genna, Artist- Gigi Wylie Art
Will be guiding Wellness Art activities, where you can unlock your creativity and enjoy the process of making art (without any pressure on getting it right). No skill or experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to explore
Vickie, Wellbeing Practitioner - Calma Alma
I will be offering a nourishing cacao circle weaving together ceremonial cacao, a guided heart-centered meditation and gentle sound bath that’ll help you to rest and reflect on the day.
Each attendee will leave with a gift bag, allowing you to carry a bit of the retreat home with you.
Brunch and Lunch will be offered at the retreat, we ask that you mention any dietary requirements or allergies in the booking form please.
You may wish to bring a bottle of water with you and a journal. All other materials needed throughout the day will be provided.
Free parking is available outside of the village hall.
