The Healthy You Virtual Festival is brought to you by Cambridge City Council's Active Lifestyles Team in partnership with a range of local delivery partners.
We are inviting you to join us for a fabulous, fun-filled month-long programme of FREE classes, workshops, talks and events focusing on physical activity, mental wellbeing and healthy eating.
Whatever your age or activity level, you will be able to find something to try.
Sessions will be hosted on a variety of different virtual platforms including Zoom, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and more. The Healthy You Virtual Festival lasts from 1st to the 31st January 2022. Pre-register here to make sure you receive all the programme information including all the relevant booking information for individual sessions.
