A gentle space for parents and carers 💚
We will be joining Signol SEND Support to offer a calm, creative session designed to help you pause, connect, and take a little time for yourself.
This is a relaxed and welcoming group for parents and carers of children with additional needs. A space where you can simply come as you are, without pressure, and feel understood by others who just get it.
Based at Signol Community Centre, these sessions will run once a month on Friday mornings, 11am – 1pm.
During the session, we will be offering mindful crafts, giving you a chance to slow down, create something simple, and enjoy a quiet moment.

You are very welcome to come along on your own or with others. There’s no expectation to talk or join in beyond what feels comfortable for you.
Please arrive at Signol Community Centre for the start of the session. You’re welcome to arrive anytime between 11am and 1pm and stay for as long or as little as feels right for you.
