An evening at Groobarbs. Join Emma for gentle yoga and breath work then an hour of crafting, followed by a long guided meditation. During the break you have unlimited soft drinks and fresh snacks made by the Field kitchen. Pls note any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking.
Pls bring a yoga mat and wear comfy clothes. My classes are friendly and relaxed, don’t worry if you’re late. You’ll receive an email prior with guidelines on the craft for the session.
