General Swimming

Please do not enter the pool area before your session start time. Entry is by the top gate.

The changing rooms and showers will be open.

Please ensure you are familiar with our User Requirements.

RULES and INFORMATION for USERS

Please note: under 8s must be accompanied in the water by an adult (16+), with a maximum of two under 8s per adult.

Behaviour:
No diving at all.
No running around pool.
Sensible behaviour at all times in and around pool.
Instructions given by the lifeguard must be followed.
The lifeguard has the right to evict any person whose behaviour is considered to be unsafe.

The following are not permitted in the pool site, changing rooms or school site:
Alcohol, smoking, glass containers and animals (except guide dogs).

The following are not permitted in the swimming pool itself:
Snorkels, face masks, food and drink.
Inflatables and balls unless the lifeguard considers it safe to do so.

The Pool:
The pool is 1 metre deep at the kiosk end and 1.4 metres deep at the far end.

Property:
Items should not be left in the changing rooms.
CCP will not accept responsibility for the loss of, damage to, or theft of any articles brought onto the pool, school premises or left in the changing rooms.

General:
All long hair to be tied back whilst in the pool.
Beware of barbed wire on top of the perimeter fences.
Please leave the changing rooms and showers clean and tidy.
Bathers and spectators use the pool at their own risk. Chudleigh Community Project is not responsible for personal injury to anyone using the pool or entering the site.
