Relax, Rejuvenate, and Reconnect
To celebrate World Mental Health Day, join us for a deeply restorative evening designed to help you unwind, release tension, and find your inner calm. The evening begins with a guided relaxation, where you can choose to enhance your experience with either acupuncture or ear seeds. Both treatments target pressure points in the ear, encouraging balance and easing stress. Once your body and mind are deeply relaxed, you’ll be immersed in a sound bath of singing bowls, gongs, and soothing instruments. The vibrations harmonise body and mind, reduce stress, and support restful sleep. This event is a nourishing opportunity to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
All equipment is provided, including mats, blocks and props. You’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. We recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated. Refills are available at the studio. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in before class begins
