This is a great class for children ages 1 to 2 years. With the gentle guidance of the teacher, students will learn elementary skills such as safely getting in and out of the pool, floating on their back, getting their face and hair wet, moving through the water, going under water, and blowing bubbles. Otter Pup 1 is designed to make young children feel comfortable and adapting to the pool environment. Feeling comfortable and safe in the water is the first step in learning how to swim.
NOTE: A parent (or adult) does not have to accompany the child in the water.
Please download and complete the Release of Liability Form and bring it to the first day of class.
