The perfect evening to set you up for the weekend!
The evening starts with a lovely long, nourishing and restorative practice - a mix of yin, somatic practices, and restorative. This will move into a deeply nourishing sound journey as you snuggle up and allow the vibrations to wash over you.
We will finish the evening with home made soup to ground you before heading home
