A Soundbath is a beautiful way to relax and unwind, various sounds are created using different instruments with the intention and purpose of helping the body to release stress and tension, the sound carries you into a deep state of relaxation and meditative state. Bringing balance and peace to the body, mind, and soul.
There is no movement involved, participents are guided to get comfortable either seated or lying down.
Bring yoga mats, cushions, blankets. Wear loose clothing, ready to get comfortable and enjoy a relaxing hour in sound.
