Children & Their Grown-Ups Meditation Workshop

Join us for a fun, interactive, and nurturing meditation workshop designed for children and the grown-ups in their lives. Together, you will explore simple mindfulness and meditation techniques that can be used at home, at school, and throughout everyday life.

Through playful activities, breath focus games, mindful adventures, creative storytelling, and guided meditations, children and their grown-ups will learn practical tools to support relaxation, focus, emotional regulation, and wellbeing. This unique workshop encourages connection, confidence, and calm while creating meaningful shared experiences.

During the workshop, participants will enjoy:
• Breath-focus games and mindful movement activities
• A superhero-themed walking meditation adventure
• Bubble breathing and teddy bear breathing meditations for relaxation and emotional regulation
• Grounding and protection techniques to promote calm, confidence, and resilience
• Time to connect, learn, and have fun together in a supportive environment

Our workshops are designed to make meditation accessible, engaging, and enjoyable for children while giving grown-ups practical skills they can continue to use with their families long after the workshop ends.

Suitable for:
Ages 4–7 (19th September) and Ages 8–12 (20th September)(with a participating grown-up). Please book an additional ticket for each sibling and let me know via Whatsapp.

Investment:
£100 per child and one grown-up
(25% (£25) deposit required to secure your space)

Lunch:
Please bring a picnic lunch for you and your child avoiding common allergens and refined sugar.
