Build the foundations for a lifetime of enjoyable training. This six week Foundation Skills course develops the essential skills every dog needs for everyday life before progressing onto the DHT Life Skills Pathway. Suitable for puppies and dogs of any age starting their training journey.

Over six weekly sessions, you'll develop the essential skills every dog needs for everyday life. Topics include:

• Building engagement and focus
• Recall foundations
• Loose lead walking
• Sit, down and stay
• Calm greetings
• Stay and impulse control
• Settle
• Confidence building

Your course also includes:

• Digital training notes after every session
• Weekly homework to keep you progressing
• Video feedback through the DHT app
• Access to your class group chat for support between sessions
• A Socialisation Checklist to help guide your dog's experiences outside of class
