Step into a peaceful, nurturing space where you are invited to simply come as you are.
This deeply relaxing experience combines guided meditation with the gentle, immersive sounds of crystal singing bowls, shamanic drum, and soothing instruments, all designed to help calm the mind, soften the body, and restore your natural balance.
You’ll be guided into a state of rest where you can let go of the outside world, release tension, and melt into the healing vibrations of sound. A moment just for you — to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
✨ What to Expect
Everything is thoughtfully prepared for your comfort.
Mats, blankets, and cushions are all provided to create a cosy, supportive space for you to fully relax. You are also very welcome to bring along any personal comforts such as an extra blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you feel safe and at ease.
This is a warm, welcoming and non-judgemental space, where you can unwind at your own pace and simply receive.
🌿 After Your Sound Bath
You are invited to gently return with an optional herbal tea and cake, allowing time to ground, reflect, and ease back into your evening.
