This 45-minute long class is perfect to add to your busy day.
This class will be Vinyasa in style, so expect breath and movement that benefits your mind as well as the strength and flexibility of your body.
There is no need to have practiced yoga before, options will be offered for beginners and more seasoned practitioners. I aim to offer a welcoming and accessible space for people to move in a way that suits their body.
Mats and props are supplied at the studio but feel free to bring your own.
I would appreciate if you arrived a few minutes before the start of the class, so we can start on time. I appreciate things happen but once the class has started I may not be unable to let you into studio. See below for location and cancelation details below.
The class will be in The Studio at Spain and Workout. The Studio is situated behind the main studio on Lee High Road. Take the little turning down the side of 1 Lampmead Road and you will find the studio there.

Cancellation policy: If a cancellation is made more then twelve hours before the start of the class, I may be able to transfer your credit to another class. I am unable to transfer if a cancellation is made twelve hours or less from the start of the class. Thanks for your understanding.
