Sept/ Oct Postnatal Yoga in central Haslemere.
✨ Join our postnatal yoga classes at Haslewey Community Centre. This weekly session will enable you to stretch, heal and connect to your deep core in a safe, friendly and supportive environment. Postnatal Yoga is a fantastic way to rebuild your strength for both body and mind. This class is a gentle, non intimidating and safe way to return to exercise- no prior experience is necessary and with over 6 years experience of teaching pre & postnatal yoga- you know you will be in safe hands. Expect a wonderful session with a calming playlist to ease away from everyday stress.
👩🏼 Suitable from 6wks post vaginal birth or 8wks post c-section. Please be sure to get the all clear from your Dr before resuming exercise.

Please note that tickets are non transferable and can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the course starting. After that the full cost of the course will be applied.
