We’ll begin with a gentle yoga session, then head out to forage together, before preparing and sharing a simple meal from what we gather.
A relaxed, social morning, suitable for everyone, all ages are welcome.
Please wear comfortable clothes for yoga and suitable shoes, coats, sunhats - all weather eventualities for the foraging , which will be a gentle stroll!
