Homemade Roast Parsnip Soup (VG, GFO)
Parsnips roasted with garlic, leeks & shallots; Garnished with handmade parsnip crisps. Served with mini bread roll.
Salmon & Dill Arancini
Salmon, in a lemon and dill infused risotto, hand rolled in panko breadcrumbs lightly fried, and accompanied with a sweet red pepper tapenade.
Stilton & Mushroom Melt (V + GFO)
Baby Bella mushrooms sautéed, tossed in a creamy cheese and Stilton sauce. Served on toasted Sourdough.
Duck & Orange Parfait (GFO)
Duck and orange parfait, served on a bed of rocket accompanied with sourdough bread and red onion chutney.

Roast beef served with a Yorkshire pudding, pig in blanket, roast potatoes, rosemary buttered sprouts, thyme roasted carrots and maple roasted parsnips. Served with chefs’ homemade gravy & Horseradish sauce

Fillet of salmon sautéed, lightly coated with a creamy white wine & spinach sauce.

A winning combination of Chestnut & Portobello mushrooms with leeks, cooked in a thyme, white wine and garlic sauce, served with the Christmas vegetables. Topped with a crispy (VG) puff pastry lid

Traditional German Christmas Stollen Cake (V)
Served warm with brandy sauce.
Arrival from 7pm, dinner served at 8pm. Music until 1am.
