Join Lauren and Elle at Brigsteer Village Hall for a scrumptious Sunday morning yoga flow with Elle, some gentle pranayama and meditation followed by a soothing Soundbath. Refreshments provided afterwards so you can come round gently and chat if you wish.

Parking is available outside the hall and on the opposite side of the road.
Bring your mat if you have one, but we do have spares. Also bring a cushion and blanket to get cosy for the Soundbath.
