Sculpt & Burn is an amazing format which combines the fat burning efficiency of HIIT (high intensity interval training) and fun functional fitness challenges involving body weight and weighted exercises using a variety of equipment. The combination ensures maximum calorie burn and some super head to toe muscle sculpting. The sessions are limited to 8 exclusive places, so the class has a small group training feel to it where you'll be helped to improve your technique and strength on a range of exercises. No two classes are ever the same which ensures you'll never get bored!
