I'm back! And I couldn't be more excited! 🧡

After some time away, I'm returning to what I love most: helping pole dancers and aerialists get flexy, train safely, and have a genuinely great time doing it.

And what better way to kick things off than with my absolute favourite thing... front splits!

This is a relaxed, fun welcome back session where we'll work through a full front splits practice together. From warm-up right through to cooldown. Whether you're close to your splits or just starting your flexibility journey, you're very welcome here. :)

✦ What we'll cover:

  • A thorough warm-up to get your body ready
  • Hip flexor and hamstring work building towards front splits
  • Technique, tips, and progressions for every level
  • A proper cooldown to finish

This is also a bit of a "hello again" session for me! I'm getting to grips with some new equipment and genuinely just want to spend some lovely time training with you all. Expect it to be warm, relaxed, and full of good energy.
✦ What you'll need:

  • A clear space to move on the floor
  • A yoga mat or soft surface
  • Blocks or books if you have them (handy but not essential)
  • Water and comfy clothes you can move in

✦ A note on safety:
Please make sure your training space is safe before we begin. It should be clear of furniture, trip hazards, and anything that could get in the way. I'll be guiding you through everything, but you know your body best. Work at your own pace, take rest whenever you need it, and always listen to how you feel. If something doesn't feel right, ease off. Your safety is always your responsibility.

So excited to see you at the workshop!!! Here's everything you need to know before we get started!

✦ The Zoom link
You'll receive the Zoom link in your booking confirmation email. Please keep an eye on your inbox (and your junk folder, just in case!). If you haven't received it 24 hours before the session, drop me a message and I'll sort it straight away. :)

✦ Getting set up

  • Join a few minutes early so we can say hello before we begin
  • Find a clear space on the floor with enough room to lie down and stretch out fully in all directions
  • Have your mat, any blocks or books, and a bottle of water nearby
  • Wear something comfortable you can move freely in

✦ Your safety comes first
Please take a few minutes before the session to check your space is safe, move any furniture, trip hazards, or anything breakable out of the way. During the session, work at your own pace. I'll offer progressions and modifications if needed, so please choose what feels right for your body on the day. If something doesn't feel good, ease off or rest. You know your body better than anyone.
